Prakash Enterprises is a leading manufacturer and exporter of steel & alloy steel wires, steel spring wires and stainless steel spring wires. Though we have been in the trade for more than 3 decades, we diversified into alloy steel wires in 1998 to service the growing automobile and bearing industry. Recently we have further expanded our range to include Shaped Wires. Although Prakash Enterprises has grown & expanded since its formation under the able & dynamic leadership of our CMD Sh. V.P.Aggarwal, its basic philosophy has remained the same ie. quality products, timely delivery and competitive price.

The company is equipped with pickling and phosphating plants, high speed wire drawing machines and state-of-the-art annealing furnaces.

INSPECTION
Our wires are made on highly accurate machines, which allows us very close dimensional control. Materials are subjected to the following inspections:

a) In coming : Surface size, Chemistry, all raw material are sourced from reputed manufactures like UMIL, Mukand, Tata Steel etc. for greater reliability.

b) In - Process :
Annealing - Spherodization, UTS, Decarburization
Pickling - Surface for scale, pitting
Drawing - Size, surface for scratches etc.
Internal controls afford us complete traceability

All wires are checked at both ends, for size, UTS and elongation before these are finished to final size.

C ) Final Inspection : Each finished coil is again tested, at both ends, for size, elongation & UTS, only then are these released for packing & dispatch. All coils are duly phosphated, passivated and oiled for long storage life.

Quality assurance department provides a certified test report (PF / FI / 01) to confirm chemical and physical results.
